River region whilst dining at one of Nola and Julie’s
favourite restaurants. At your leisure, discuss the
art of food and wine matching with the chef or maitre

• Following lunch,
take time to breath in the fresh ocean air at any
one of Margaret River’s seventy-seven Cape to
Cape surfing spots.

day with an olive oil tasting and learn the art of
making aromatic and lively olive oils with a behind
the scenes tour of the production facility.
